OFFICE ASSISTANT
Job Purpose

- Meeting Coordination: Office assistants help coordinate meetings, schedule appointments, and prepare meeting materials.

Salary
- Salary: Salary is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
- Pay Range: €20,000 minimum to €40,000 maximum
Responsibilities
- Maintaining supply inventory.
- Assisting with travel arrangements.
- Greet clients and visitors.
- Manage data entry and inventory.
- Scheduling appointments and meetings .
- Coordinating office events when needed.
- Overseeing office procedures and operations.
Requirements:
- Software Proficiency: Experience with office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), CRM systems (if used), and accounting software (if applicable) is often expected.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to compose professional emails and documents. Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and work independently.
- Attention to Detail: Accuracy and thoroughness in completing tasks.
- Adaptability: Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing priorities.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
